Where can I buy NAKEY?
NAKEY is sold exclusively at nakeyunderwear.com.au.

What is the purpose of NAKEY Underwear?
We believe NAKEY is an essential item to all wardrobes. It’s an invisible, sheer, seamless underwear. It’s an extremely delicate item as we have to keep the workmanship to a minimum to keep it invisible under garments which you may have had to go naked in previous times! If a manufacturing fault is visible, please contact us on hello@nakeyunderwear.com.au and we will be happy to assist.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer standard and express shipping to most countries. For more information about shipping, click here.

When will you restock?
If a size or item is sold out, please click ‘Join the Waitlist’ to be one of the first notified when it is back in stock.

Where is my order?
Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. If your email isn’t in your inbox, please check your junk mail. If it’s still missing, please contact us on hello@nakeyunderwear.com.au with your order number.

My package is missing. Can you help?
Please contact us on hello@nakeyunderwear.com.au if you have not received your order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.

Where is my return?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take us to 5 business days from the date you return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

Can I exchange my item?
We do not accept returns or exchange unless you’ve received a faulty item. 

What do I do if my item is damaged?
We’re sorry you’ve received a damaged item. We do our best to ensure we have great quality control however there are times we miss them! Send us a photo of the damaged product to hello@nakeyunderwear.com with your order number and we would be happy to assist you with a resolution. Please make sure you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your faulty item.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your card will be charged once your order has been placed. We also offer PayPal or Afterpay.

What is Afterpay?
AfterPay allows our customers to purchase an item without making full payment upfront, instead in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. For more information click here.
