Shipping & Returns

We want our clients to be satisfied with their purchases however due to hygiene reasons we unfortunately do not exchange or offer refunds. We ask you to please check the measurements prior to ordering. If you’ve ordered the wrong size by mistake, please email us on hello@nakeyunderwear.com.au and we will be in touch with you. Within that timeframe of organising the exchange, please do not open the package. We will inspect the packaging to make sure the underwear is returned in its original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Our return policy is valid for 14 days only. If you need a time extension, please contact us.

If your product arrives faulty, please email us on hello@nakeyunderwear.com.au with your Order Number and photos within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
